  2. Start dates will be assigned as full payment of the registration is made: once the student has completed the payment, they will be able to choose from the start dates available.
  3. In case you need to start your course before the first available start date, please select the week that would be best for you among the ones we offer (the one you would select in case we are no able to give you an earlier date) but describe your needs in the field “Observations”: that you would like to start earlier, if possible. We will try to solve it for you (however, it will not always be possible).

 General Conditions  
  • 1. The minimum age to participate on our courses is 18 years old.
  • 2. The pre-registration is formalised by completing the process of sending the form above. Once received, you will be given payment instructions to be followed to convert the pre-registration into the actual registration and then sign for the reservation of the course.
  • 3. No refunds after the payment and booking of the course.
  • 4. Tía Tula reserves the right to cancel the sign up of any student that has not paid all the corresponding fees or who behaves in any inappropriate manner in any circumstance. In both cases the student will lose the right to a refund.
  • 5. The student knows and accepts the condition that for the online course, they must have a fixed telephone or a Skype account, along with headphones and a microphone.
  • 6. The price includes:
    - complete documentation in electronic format;
    - a minimum of 5 individual telephone tutorial sessions (maximum of 8 depending on the capabilities and needs of the student), lasting between 20 and 30 minutes each;
    - correction of questionnaires and exercises in the classes for this purpose;
    - Certificate of Tía Tula Spanish Association which indicates the course name, with its full description, and the number of hours will be sent by mail to the address that the student designates.
    (If requested, issuing and mailing a duplicate of the certificate has an extra cost of 30).
  • 7. The expected duration for the complete course is 3 weeks. However, if the student requires it – and due to difficulties with personal circumstances - the deadline of completion may be up to 4 weeks. Exceeding the 4 weeks from the start of the course, Tía Tula to terminate the course, thus free from the obligation to continue its development.
  • 8. The acceptance of the above conditions are complementary or alternative regulated by the law of civil law and respecting the rights of consumers, particularly the Art 82/95 of the Junta de Castilla y Leon and Art Law 26/84 of defense consumers.
  • 9. According to the Spanish Legislation relating to confidentiality and protection of personal data (Article 15/1999), personal information will be treated as private information by Tía Tula Colegio de Español. Tía Tula informs the student that personal data obtained through the free completion of this form will be included in a file for automated processing; the student, meanwhile, authorises this by accepting these conditions. The data is purely for internal use and is for statistical and administrative purposes - designed to help provide the services that the student requests and to communicate with him/her regarding these services. The data may be used during the provision of services and subsequent to the provision of services in dealing with outstanding matters related to these same services. In any case, in accordance with Spanish Legislation, the student may, at any time, exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to Tía Tula Colegio de Español, S.L. (CIF:B37410214) - which acknowledges and accepts responsability for the control of the data -, to c/ Palominos, 23 - 37008 Salamanca (Spain).
